How to look up a liquor license in Delaware
Use the state's lookup at api.publicmeetings.delaware.gov to check one license by name, number or address. This page lists what's new, from the same record.
Every row here is a public record Delaware publishes. We check each state's rules before we carry it and leave out any that restrict commercial use of licensee lists; so far that's only Kansas. About the data.
Questions about the Delaware page
How do I find new liquor license applications in Delaware?
Delaware publishes them at api.publicmeetings.delaware.gov, where its tools answer one search at a time. This page reads that record as often as Delaware updates it and lists what's new by county, city and license type, each row linked back to the filing.
Can I get an alert when a new bar or restaurant shows up in Delaware?
Not yet. Delaware isn't live; the Watch email and the plans cover the states on the coverage map.
How often does the Delaware page update?
This page is rebuilt whenever Delaware publishes new records; the state's own schedule sets the pace.
Where does the Delaware data come from?
Every row is read from api.publicmeetings.delaware.gov, the public record Delaware itself publishes, and links back to it. Nothing here comes from a reseller or a news report.
What does the free Delaware sample contain?
Every Delaware filing from one full week a few weeks back, in the layout a subscriber gets: business, address, license type, status, the date filed, and a phone or website where we found one. The link to each state record is left blank; subscribers get it. It downloads ready for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, AgencyZoom or Repsly.
What is left out?
One-day and temporary permits (weddings, festival booths, charity auctions, tastings), and licenses nobody sells to: wholesalers, suppliers, importers, shippers, carriers, and employee or manager permits. Breweries, wineries and distilleries stay in. The first time we read a state we also treat everything it already listed as the starting point, not as new filings.
