What we collect

Account email, billing information (processed by our payment processor), and usage logs needed to operate Liquor License Feed.

What we don't collect

We do not sell personal data. We do not track you across other sites.

Data sources

Liquor License Feed republishes public-record data from: the public records that state and local liquor licensing agencies publish, named on each state's page. This policy covers your account data, not the public records themselves.

Email

If you subscribe to alerts, you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. Our postal address is included in each email per CAN-SPAM.

Visitor analytics

We use PostHog to count visits and see which pages lead to a sign-up. It sets no cookies: it keeps a random visit id in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. It sees the pages you open, how far down a page you scroll, the links and buttons you click, your browser and device type, and a rough location from your IP address. It records no screen replays, and it does not run at all if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Sign-in links and payment details are never sent to it.

We do not use these services for advertising, and we do not sell what they collect.

Retention

Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for billing records.
