Liquor License Feed is a software and data tool. It aggregates and presents information from public-record sources: the public records that state and local liquor licensing agencies publish, named on each state's page.

No warranty

Liquor License Feed is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data shown. Source records may lag, be corrected, or be withdrawn by the issuing agency after we capture them.

No outcome guarantees

We make no claims about business results, revenue, or any other outcome from using Liquor License Feed.

Acceptable use

You may not resell, scrape, or redistribute Liquor License Feed data in bulk without a separate agreement.

Free trial

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial of the full feed. We take your card when you sign up and charge nothing during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the plan's price on day 8, and then at the start of each month or year until you cancel.

Billing and cancelling

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time online: every email from us links to your account page, where "Manage billing or cancel" ends your plan in one click. You can also write to [email protected]. Cancel during the free trial and you are never charged. Cancel after that and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

Your first paid month or year is refundable in full if you write to [email protected] within 30 days of the first charge. Each customer gets one refund. After 30 days a yearly plan runs to the end of its year and is not prorated. A chargeback filed without contacting us first closes the account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
