New liquor licenses in North Dakota
North Dakota liquor licenses go through city and county boards, so new licenses once they're issued appear in local records, one place at a time. This page reads those records as they update and lists what's new by county, city and license type, each row linked back to its record.

Where does the North Dakota data come from?
Every row is read from the public records of North Dakota city and county boards, and links back to its record. Nothing here comes from a reseller or a news report.
What is left out?
One-day and temporary permits (weddings, festival booths, charity auctions, tastings), and licenses nobody sells to: wholesalers, suppliers, importers, shippers, carriers, and employee or manager permits. Breweries, wineries and distilleries stay in. The first time we read a state we also treat everything it already listed as the starting point, not as new filings.
