New liquor license applications in Texas
Texas publishes them at Texas TABC, where its tools answer one search at a time. This page reads that record as often as Texas updates it and lists what's new by county, city and license type, each row linked back to the filing.

Where does the Texas data come from?
Every row is read from Texas TABC, the public record Texas itself publishes, and links back to it. Nothing here comes from a reseller or a news report.
What is left out?
One-day and temporary permits (weddings, festival booths, charity auctions, tastings), and licenses nobody sells to: wholesalers, suppliers, importers, shippers, carriers, and employee or manager permits. Breweries, wineries and distilleries stay in. The first time we read a state we also treat everything it already listed as the starting point, not as new filings.
