Most states are statewide. A few are city coverage, and the cities are named next to the state when you pick it.
Wisconsin posts new licenses about once a week, so its filings arrive in batches. The morning email still comes every morning with whatever is new in your states.

Questions
Are these leads exclusive?
No. Every filing is a public record, so anyone can read it at the state, and other subscribers in your state get the same filings. What you pay for is the work: every source read on schedule, renewals taken out, contacts added, and the result in your inbox.
How soon do I get a new filing?
States that post daily reach the next morning's email. States that post weekly or monthly come through in batches when they post. Each state page shows its schedule, and whether that state publishes applications while they're pending or only licenses once they're issued. Pending applications show up earlier.
Are the phone numbers real?
Where we have one, it comes from the filing, another public record, or the business's own listing or website. Not every filing has one: a place that hasn't opened often has no phone yet, and a number on a filing can belong to a lawyer or a filing agent. We don't promise a number on every row, so check your county for free first.
Will I get the owner's name?
Often, not always. We use the name the state prints, or the officers on a company's registry filing. Where a filing names only an LLC, you get the LLC, and a registered agent is sometimes all the public record shows.
Are renewals mixed in?
No. We take out renewals, reissues, reprints and one-day permits, and we don't count a state's existing list as new the first time we read it. State records are messy, so if one slips through, write to [email protected] and we'll fix the rule.
Can I leave out chains and convenience stores?
Yes. One setting leaves out chains, and you can choose bars and restaurants, stores, or breweries, wineries and distilleries. Off-premise reps can keep the stores.
Can I narrow it to my counties?
Yes. Each person on the plan picks their own counties and the kinds of places they sell to: bars and restaurants, stores, or breweries, wineries and distilleries.
Can I check the data before I pay?
Yes, with no card. On any state page, pick a county and you see its recent filings in full: names and addresses, many with a phone number, each linked to the state's own record. Every state page also has a free sample week as a CSV, to test an import.
What's in the morning email?
Each new filing with the business, address, license type and status, a phone or website where we found one, and who held the address before, where we know it. States that post weekly or monthly come through in batches when they post. See a real one.
Can you send it the way my CRM wants it?
Yes. The CSV comes ready for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, AgencyZoom and Repsly, and webhooks feed Zapier, Make and Clay. If your tool wants something else, tell us the columns and we'll build it, free on every plan and during the trial.
Is it priced per lead?
No. You pay a flat monthly price for every filing in your states, however many are filed that month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with 7 days of the full feed: names, addresses, phone numbers for many, the CSV and the API. Your card is charged on day 8 unless you cancel before then on your billing page, which every email links to.
Can I cancel without calling anyone?
Yes. Every email links to your billing page, and you cancel there. No call needed. The plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. To swap states, write to [email protected] and we do it the same day.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Your first paid month or year is refunded in full if you write to [email protected] within 30 days of the first charge. Each customer gets one refund.
Is it legal to use these records for sales?
Every filing is a public record the state itself publishes. We read each state's rules before we carry it and leave out any state that restricts commercial use of its licensee lists. So far that's only Kansas (K.S.A. 45-230); about the data explains why. How you contact a business is still up to you and the usual rules on calls and email.
Which states are covered?
Every state on the coverage page, each read as often as it publishes. Kansas is not included. Want a state we don't cover yet? Write to [email protected].
How do yearly plans work?
Ten months' price for twelve, after the same 7-day trial. A yearly plan runs to the end of its year and is not prorated.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, through Stripe. Your card statement shows LIQUORLICENSEFEED.COM. The full terms are here.
